This home was a relatively complicated build on a small site on a very busy corner in the heart of South Yarra.

The three-storey building maximises space and has a strong vertical presence in the surrounding streetscape.

Custom designed and built features includes the feature staircase, lightboxes and bunkrooms.

Polished timber cladding to the bunkrooms walls and ceiling create a look of luxury, but the rooms are practical and cater for visitors.
